I have never gone on a fast before but would like to try this one for cleansing purposes. I am very concerned however, about sickness, dizziness and light-headed feelings. I will have to work on and off during this 10 day period and don't want to be completely without energy. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some feedback as to what they know or have experienced. Thanks
