As far as I understood through a lot of reading here and my own 2 years clensing experience:

Tan stones - are oldest and most toxic stones. I got them all out during my first four flushes.
I have done 13 flushes so far and never saw them again.

Green stones - are fresh stones, some months old.
All I get now (flushing every 2-3 months)is emerald colour stones only.

I don't really know about the difference in liver and gall bladder stones. But it is good to flush them out, wherever they come from.
