Haha, I never fell for that one. I'm only getting out a little...I know you guys probably don't wanna hear this, but for the most part it seems orange...could this be orange juice pulp?

The P&B definately cleaned me out pretty well...if I don't worry about this channel of elimination, then the only other thing I have is snot and skin (and my skin has been trying to eliminate toxins for years, that's why I'm doing this in the first place).

Either way I think I'm going to use SWF instead of epsom salts because I know that those definately have a more powerful effect on me.


Can I ask you guys who have already fasted, how long did it take you to see changes in your symptoms (and what were they)?
