Even feeling like I was dying, Hulda Clark 's protocol wasn't too extreme for me, it's what most here do. Click on "Clark" at the top of the forum page, scroll down a tad and click on liver cleanse and again, read Read READ. This is self-experimenting, I'd suggest that you know what you're doing and why!

I find that I do better flushing every 4th week, every 2 weeks weakens me more than I feel that it helps me. We're all individuals and you make your own calls!
