My dosages very. I have to watch myself as I work mostly late afternoons and evenings, and am not usually near a toilet. I have to judge if I'll have a can nearby when the LBB "brings forth it's glory" (so to speak) Otherwise I find that one or two with meals works just fine. On days when I know I can get a good 24 or more hours on just juice, I'll jack it up to 10-15 for the day, but yeesh!! That LBB is effective : 0
