He doesn't need to earn another penny in his lifetime. I'm sure he would much rather be cured if that were possible. If it were not for the medications he probalby would have advanced to full fledged AIDS a long time ago. Because he is smart he trusts doctors and the medications they prescribe instead of nut jobs who exploit people.
