I thin they published the study more about heart health
BTW that was a mouthful
It seems clear to me that all saturated fats combined, in some histories, with family cholesterol issues family history
are deletorius for a cluster degenerative diseases
If you are one of these people then a vegetarian diet is for you
Others it could be respect for other mammals and a non -violent approach
But hey plants are alive to..
So off to the breathtarian forum..
We are by virtue of food getting sunlight photosynthesis into a body
this can be done in a cleaner manner with vegetables, fresh and organic
The diseases that can be cleansed (all) but are treated and respond
are cancer, diabetes, hepititis, tuberculosis, and others
The key to health is a healthy operating system
This can be obtained by cleansing, and proper balancing of the thyroid
and juicing enzymatic therapy
So animal fat is not really the issue
clean water, air, pesticide free food,
It is the environment in which we live and think
