the SWF (salt water flush) involves drinking salt water, not just plain water. consuming large quantities of water in a short period of time can be fatal.

the recipe for a SWF is 32oz of filtered water + 2 teaspoon of seasalt. you may need to adjust the salt content according to your needs.
