I did not know that fire was a fast oxidation, but I believe you.
So many billions of beneficial enzymes are dead 5 minutes after
using the best juicers out there from oxidation.
The word oxidation though very sophisticated in meaning to a layperson
to chemistry, is not hard to grasp when one thinks of the word oxygen.
The enzymes in an organic living thing are in their own eco-system
when we release them via juicing, blending, Etc. This removal of the
enzymes will cause an immediate and catastrophic biological change
in their environment. Anything that introduces oxygen will for sure
kill them off by the billions. Our earth's ecological system if a super-fantasic
equalizing phoneomena. Everything that exists that has too many electrons or is
missing electrons, makes an effort to even themselves out. Exposing enzymes
