I did a flush last night - was a little disappointed with the results. Just a few green flakes and little green balls. And I felt very tired and lethargic. I was planning on repeating the flush tonight (probably not a good idea), but I decided to do a coffee enema before I decided. And, voila! Several big stones, lots of chaff and immediately afterwards I feel great.

So, I will wait two weeks for the next one, as recommended.
