I’ve been doing enemas for about nine months until I stopped in August. I was doing them for constipation. To begin with everything was good. I did warm water enemas (1 quart). I tried coffee enemas to begin with but they were too stimulating. I tried salt water enemas and the liquid just stayed inside me (recently I tried a cup of urine in the enema water and that was very soothing). Plain warm water (filtered) was recommended by my colonicist. ... ... All was well to begin with. I got the hang of it. Hi, I can’t seem to find an enema bag kit anywhere! I live in Canada and I’ve been to Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, everything for a dollar store, Safeway and London drugs! I’d rather just buy the kit from a store so I can do the enema right away instead of ordering it online and waiting. Does anyone know how to make your own enema kit? Hi chikitta, I am no expert for your problem with gas. I can relate to it because of my own experience with a similar problem. I have been using coffee retention enemas for many, many years and did not have problems, Recently I changed my cleansing to a smaller volume coffee enema and quit my pre-coffee cleansing enema and also my post coffee cleansing enema and start having very serious gas problems with extreme pain. After many different trials to overcome this problem, I found that the saline solution enema that I took before the coffee enema was part of the problem. I replace it with a ...

An open system would be like a colema. The unit I have is the Ultimate Trends deluxe unit. This type of open unit is generally used by individuals in the privacy of their own home. These systems all generally include a board with a dome on one end, tubing and tips, some also include a fully plumbed solution container. The board is placed with the domed end on the toilet and the other on a household chari. The five gallon solution container must be elevated to allow for gravity to get the solution flowing. According to Dr. Bernard Jensen, 72 inches (plant hook in a stud in the ceiling)is th ...

Hi all, I have seen struggling with IBS-C & now know I have chronic candida. ... ... In the last two weeks I have been doing enemas almost once a day. I had colonic other day & she said that too many enemas can be harmful & I may be getting to the stuff before it is formed which is not good, hence why it is coming out so runny. ... ... I don’t know what to do. I am even less regular since I started this candida diet. I had to do the enema yesterday for I hadn’t gone for two days since the colonic. pj, overall it sounds to me like you had a good session. It is not that unusual after a colonic to feel like you have eliminated everything, only to find after leaving, and at the most inconvenient time possible that you all of a sudden have to go very urgently. ... Actually, I can personally relate to it. When I was a senior in high school I went to Orlando with 3 of my friends for Spring Break and stayed with my aunt, my mom’s youngest sister. After 3 days I was exhausted and totally constipated, and while my classmates went to Disneyworld for the day my aunt drove me an hour away to Coc ...

The first high colonic I had was on a Libbe open system. This is a fiberglass table with a cut out in the middle. The speculem comes through the hole. There is a ventilation system so there is no odor. Do a search on Libbe and you’ll see what the table looks like. ... ... My second high colonic was on a closed Detolo system. This system uses a much larger speculim and the water tube and waste tube combine at the speculem which has a one way valve to keep the waste and water from mixing. The main difference is the size of the speculem. Do a search on Detolo to see what a closed system looks like ...

Just wanted to add a note about the question on regularity. Many people, myself included, have bowells that are conditioned to move somewhat regularly - like once a day, due to regular intake of solid food. In other words, when you stop the regular intake of solid foods this may have the effect of taking away one of the prime factors that had previously helped keep the bowells sorta kinda moving regularly. ... ... More to the point, at least in my case, even after introducing healthier habits, including bowell herbs taken daily for over a year, the regularity did not increase the way I had hope ...

Hi #37380, Valerie_cct has written a fairly comprehensive report on this subject. She is a professional and it is from her point of view. All my research for the last 30 or more years has shown me that daily enemas seemed to be an excellent way of keeping healthy. Of course eating the right foods is of paramount importance. I will try to find Valerie’s post or maybe she could reproduce it here. Enemas go back centuries, no millenniums, long before written history. They have been used for health purposes for a long time and were considered desirable until mid last century. At t ...

Hi all! Just wondering how long one should wait before administering an enema after eating, or even how many consecutively. I have a 2 quart enema. See, A few days ago I drank a tbs of ACV, and then went outside to do some sit ups. In the middle of some sets, I felt something like marbles passing in the right side of my upper abs. (Liver area) A few days later I start breaking out on my forehead. So I do an enema, and a buncha small tan (calcified) stones come right out. Even a few jagged edged ones. I noticed that before I did the enema and removed the stones, my arm pits were pretty ...

I did end up seeing the doctor, and she prescribed lactulose. I took it in the morning, the morning after I passed a well formed stool (a ”log” so to speak) that was tapered quite a bit on both ends. Later, I also managed to pass something sickly looking. It was very small, about 2x the size of a prune, dried up and shriveled, and felt like clay when prodded. Could this have been a piece of impaction? Over the rest of that day my intestines started gurgling quite a bit with weird gassy type pains, churning, and I swear it almost felt like something was very slowly moving from right to lef ...
