    I have reoccurring dreams about 1 specific ex. They are not very frequent, but they happen every so often, and it’s always her. I’ve realized that it’s a representation of an emotion or feeling.     Thanks Dave ... ... Its not that I dont believe it exist..I just cant figure out how to cure it. The more I read the more I get confused. I have been told it is candida or heavy metals. I have heard it all and not sure which route to take. The stress of all this adds up. I do take Vitamin C 2-4gms a day and a ton of supplements including Krill oil. ... ...     If you are that tired I would stopped coffee enemas and do jus plain water enemas. They ideed help the liver but put a lot of stress on your body. ... ...     Although at the beginning of my infection I had subtle symptoms, slight rash I never had before, dry hair, Extreme fatigue, brain fog.....the dark circles were a definate puzzle to me. I might get them in the past when I lacked sleep, but they would generally clear up by 10am. Then suddenly they were prominate all day, even after sleeping more than usual (since I was so tired). ... ... Several months later I found the worms.     I only have a minute, but one thing I highly suggest is the high fiber, high protein whole grain wraps from La Tortilla Factory. They have 14 grams of fiber, 8 grams of protein, and keep my bowels moving. You can be creative on how to use them, sometimes I just use a little organic PB or nut butter on them. My grocery stopped carrying them, so I have to travel to another store, but when I run out, I really notice a difference. Sometimes i will eat 2 per day, getting pleanty of healthy fiber. I know..I went against advice some. I did cut down on the ACV just seemed like I needed it. ... ... ... I would reduce ACV a bit cause very high potassium. You already use garlic which is potent enough. For some of us too much isn’t always better unless your body is in a good shape to detox properly. It is the jaws (not the back of the jaws) and the bridge (not the bridge of the nose - the bridge is located in the center of your forehead). ...     I purchased the healing codes book and started performing the exercises primarily because of a painful right shoulder. I noticed my irritations towards others and myself lessened. I then purchased the additional program (not the q codes; not the Lt3 programs) and performed the specific healing codes exercises for a year fairly faithfully.     The Healing Codes uses 4 points in the body, the adam’s apple, temples, back of jaws, and bridge of nose.     I believe that AF is caused by numerous factors, therefore the approach to treating it must come from multiple approaches. Having dealt with AF for several years now, I realize that there is no supplement, potion, mental exercise, or diet that will provide a ”cure”.     Yes, I like FasterEFT, too. It is so effortless, and was better suited for me at my stage of AF. I don’t know how many times I used it, when I suddenly woke up in the wee hours of the morning, with a racing heart. It usually took several rounds, but that was ok, I was going to be awake, anyway! The payoff was that it always produced deep sighs in me, and eventually my palpitations subsided, and I fell back asleep.     Glad you found something that works! ... ... I downloaded it and tried it, but I like FasterEFT tapping better because I feel it’s easier and . . . faster! They both work on the same principles of erasing the negative emotion from the memory though. PSTEC was a little too long and cumbersome having to have an audio player and headphones to do it where tapping you just tap where ever you are. ... ...     Hi. I tried PSTEC earlier this year for several months, and with a practitioner. Although it seemed to help in the beginning, it did not cure me. I don’t believe that hypnosis is a cure, but if it brings temp relief then, of course.... Most importantly, I just want to share that I believe it made my AF worse, because it requires a lot of brain action and effort = stress  (you know what I mean when you experience it).  Overr time of weeks to months, it led to exhaustion.     EFT has been a great help to me as well, mostly because I feel that it distracts my mind and body from whatever it is I am stressing over at that moment. Having to think about the tapping, feeling the taps, and saying things out loud makes me have to think about something else (it’s not that easy to THINK and TALK at the same time.) ... ... I definitely want to check out the faster EFT, as it would probably be easier to do in a public setting- like in the car or in the bathroom. ... ...     Sounds like your approach to reclaiming your life is good in regards to natural things (lavender for calming). You do not want to regress and avoid situations that you are tense around. This is where a good therapist can ease you back to feeling in control again. People with anxiety issues are driven with the the fight or flight syndrome. Too much adreniline in the system can be avoided with beta blockers to help control the release of epinehrine into the system to quickly.     When dealing with strong emotional ups and downs that keep me awake, I find nothing works as well as prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. Of course, creeds may vary in this page and I’m by no means imposing but really EFT has not been as effective as pouring my heart out to God. It really does help to be your own psychologist.     Giardia/Entomoeba Histolytica and other protozoa are hell. We suffered too much and we don’t want to see others suffer the same. Its hard to put in to words the amount of misery and pain those bugs put me through.     I found some free resources available on this blog. You get to try the ”peace” code and the ”love” healing code and it references what they are specifically targeting. Each of the twelve healing codes works with various body systems to support it back to balance. I think you really would benefit from the whole system though if you like the information and you get some good results. I bought the $400 version and its been a great blessing for me.
