Well it has been 20 months time for an update. ... ... In the past 12 months things have calmed but not vacated. ... Another thing you could try is magnesium oil. Many have used it orally for rinsing/brushing and even as an OP agent, and have reported great results. I’m using it myself and feel it’s helping. FWIW, I have hypertension and also diagnosed with “insulin resistance”, and 4 months ago my new MD suggested a gluten-free diet and asked me to look up on Google “Dr Wm Davis MD Wheat Belly”. He squarely puts the blame on hybrid wheat, now grown world-wide almost exclusively because of its high yield. Wheat can cause a spike in glucose faster than white sugar. ... ... You can buy PH strips at aquarium or health food stores. Many people say they aren’t accurate. That doesn’t bother me. Just test your tap water. If it’s 7.0, it’s accurate enough for me:) ... Hey, you could have the most fabulous health journey ever! I say that because I am artsy fartsy too! At the worst of my chronic fatigue, my PH was so low, that my brain fog was massive! I couldn’t play my guitar at all. I didn’t even have desire to play. As my PH went up and I detoxed, my brain cleared. One of the corners I’m watching is my calcium to magnesium ratio. I’m drinking calcium bentonite nightly, and it can be a little heavy on the calcium/water absorbtion side.
