I have a very positive experience with burdrock root tea for acne. ... ... My new doctor suggested it as an alternative to antibiotics that I had to use because of a sebaceous cyst on my face( I had a surgery of it prior but it kept inflamating).I took a cup of tea three times a day for three weeks as instructed and my face got a lot less oily and comedones reduced largely with no new inflamations. Now after a 10 days break I am taking a different tea also for acne in latin the plant is called Viola tricolor( sorry but I don`t know english name for it.) Ive been taking humaworm for 9 days now and have only had two little under the skin issues. When normally i have at least two a day not two in 9 days!!! My skin is much softer even though kinda dry its very very soft to the touch. One of my little problems never even fully surfaced so invisible only felt and is going away without showing!!!!! unbelievable... Now i was warned that it could make it worse before better but it started helping right away for me. Maybe i was lacking in something that is provided in the 25 different herbs he has in each capsule???? I don’t know but its really mad ...

*hugs* ... Im so sorry it isnt getting better yet. ... Im doing, eh 50/50. Still working on EFT for my skin. (well for my mind). ... I can say its helping, a little. EFT is really amazing. I feel more in control of my thoughts. All the emotions are still there, but its like, if my emotional mind was a room, and each feeling was a peice of paper, before, it was like a huge mess, papers everywhere all over the floor, no idea what was what, and just stressing on the mess itself (feeling bad making more feeling bad). ... ...
