I have flushed a couple of monsters, probably close to the size of yours. If they are soft from the apple juice and/or malic acid they are soft enough to come out or break up and come out. (Be sure to take the espom salts to dilate your ducts) You could also try taking Gold Coin Grass or Chanca Piedra to break it up before you flush. I’ve tried both and I do think they helped. ... ... Help! It started a couple weeks ago with sharp upper abdominal pains and diarrhea. My bowel movements are ver irregular and the diarrhea just looks irregular like its not processing correctly. Not every day like I used to. They helped me a lot when I couldn’t have normal BM’s on my own (mine tended to be soft and unformed). The probiotics made them normal, especially ”Probiotic Complex” by Premier R.L. ($$). But I discovered that eating a big leafy salad every day accomplished the same thing. I add at least a 1/2 tbs of Rice Bran, which is one of the best prebiotics you can use. Doesn’t taste great, but that gets drowned out by the other stuff I add: bacon bits, sliced olives, lecithin granules, capers, etc, etc. Also, I know you can’t do nuts, James, but for other people--I als ... Yeah, my eye is painful sometimes, not as much as it used to be. I used to get what seemed like glaucoma attacks. Those veins showed up before that though. this is the most radical american approach and there are many problems with it. It gives you false sense of security. Once you draw a gun better be sure you’re prepared to kill otherwise you will be shot for sure. ... ... I have had a terrible skin rash that started as what looked like 4 blisters on my toe, they were sore to the touch but did not itch at all.....within 24 hrs my little toe had tiny bumps all around the blisters and went a little bit on my foot, still no itching......24hrs after that all the small bumps merged with the blister things and my toe swelled up to a massive size and has been in a lot of pain (it busted open a couple times, I think just because it could not stretch anymore, no puss or infection came out, it just tore the skin).....over the last 2 1/2 wks the rash has gone from my f ...
