Biliary sludge is not a very good description of the condition. One imagines that sludge is a sediment of granules and thick fluid. In reality biliary is a condition where small stones, usually less than 3 mm, have started to form in clumps. These clumps can vary in size from a few millimetres to a size that is equal to the volume of the gallbladder itself. The Epson salts needs to be pure, dried and for internal use. The small tubs that are available at a pharmacy meet these requirements. ... ... I have flushed a couple of monsters, probably close to the size of yours. If they are soft from the apple juice and/or malic acid they are soft enough to come out or break up and come out. (Be sure to take the espom salts to dilate your ducts) You could also try taking Gold Coin Grass or Chanca Piedra to break it up before you flush. I’ve tried both and I do think they helped. ... ... It appears to me that although you expelled many stones (called floater) 7 years ago the core of sludge remained. This has prevented the gallbladder from contracting properly and its contribution to your digestion has reduced. I’ve just completed my fourth liver flush following the Andrea Moritz method and really didn’t see any green stones. This is the second time it’s happened. My first flush I saw only 3 - 4 very small stones and had diarrhea most of the night and following day. It was followed by a couple days of painful bloated stomach. I didn’t wait the full 2 weeks but did do a liver flush yesterday. I took a little more than 1/2 cup of olive oil with grapefruit. The epson salts were ok but I got nauseous in the middle of the night. I chewed on some ginger and it helped. But this flush was harder than the previous. But I think I got more stones out. I was a little disappointed in the morning as nothing came out but after the 2nd dose of epsons in the morning stones began to come out. What do you think? Was the flush a success? I think my incomplete flush may have resulted in a blocked bile duct or something like that. The reason I am saying this is because I am feeling nausea a lot of the time, especially after eating food and this has become worse than before (I get some heart pain too though i read that this may be due to gallbladder mimicking angina?) ’Just a quick reminder that ALL "laxatives" can be "addicting". Anytime, with any substance, that we induce bowel activity without treating the root cause of the lack of bowel activity, we’re usually allowing the original cause to progress & worsen. Having said that, I don’t think taking a few (3) CF and 1 DE the morning of the flush would interfere in a big way. Or you could just skip a day. I have had flushes that resulted in pain leaving me with probably a bit of pancreatitis, painful but not life threatening. As MH said in his forum we worry too much about our pain and should give the flush a couple days if the pain is relatively tolerable (an individual choice). Totally amazed... Continuing the IF #1 & 2, and fresh garlic every day... Have seen 60+ flukes so far over the past two weeks. Just had a movement (lots of gas yesterday & today) and there were probably 20 fat flukes.Ten or so whole ones, and lots & lots of pieces... Two of the bigger ones seem to have tails of some kind. Hi Missy, although its good to have a squat toilet, sitting in squatting position outside the bathroom is simply a good exercise ( yoga pose) which opens the pelvis and facilitates the evacuation of bowels. Sit in that pose for 5-10 minutes . Or longer if you can handle it. I usually try to read a book, or watch TV while squatting and it feels good. I squat right outside the bathroom door, and in that position read a few pages of some book. As soon as the pressure builds up, I hurry to the bathroom to evacuate. Unfortunately I have a western style toilet. I am from India and I love squatting toilets. Early in the morning, after cleaning my teeth, I drink 3-4 glasses of lukewarm water. ( I use to add lemon- honey to it) but now I keep it simple. Its just filtered water. So Im not sure which flush Im on but,this flush and last flush were pretty good. At The end of this one,similar to last time I had black stones. I only produced 1 black (may have been dark green,it was covered in tanish fecal matter i suppose?)looking stone. This time I didint get many stones out had more liquidy brownish looking stuff and some small green stones. Hi curezone community! I just completed my first Hulda Clark liver flush and unfortunately didn’t get any stones out (that I noticed). I have pretty bad allergies (animals, foods, dust, mold, etc.) so I was hoping to flush my liver and start the road to recovery. With all the cleansing I do, I can still be surprised when a slight change to a protocol gives an unexpected result. On my off weeks from liver flushing, I do combinations of coffee/salt water enemas an salt water flushes. I have never gotten green stones from a coffee enema, but I do get stuff. Sometime I add Epsom salts to the mix, sometimes I don’t, but I always want to be clear , using saltwater/plain enemas and salt water flushes before taking the coffee. ... ...
