Excellent! I too healed from fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, PTSD, severe anxiety and insomnia by eating a paleo diet. This isn’t my first flush, but before when I did flushes I just did my business and flushed. I just couldn’t bring myself to catch things in a colander. Well this time I went and bought a colander to see for myself just what was being expelled. OH MY GOODNESS! I had AT LEAST 400-500 stones!! I flush to rid myself of allergies. I got my husband to flush for reflux and gallbladder symptoms. I’ve done 8 flushes and passed only about 500 stones total and the allergies have improved, but are not gone. ... ... My husband on the other hand, has only done 2 flushes, but I would say 90% of his problems are gone. He hardly ever takes his Rx reflux medicine now. He reacts only to the fattiest of meals (mainly seafood, he isn’t eating crap, I promise!) He wouldn’t count his stones, but I got a peek in the toilet bowl, and his first flush must of been at least 1000. His spare tire is gone too.

Well, I finished my second LF today with some mods. Flushes 2 weeks apart. ... ... I did a SWF of morning of LF. Ate dry cereal with 3/4 gal of water prior to 1400. At 1400 I ate 1/2 seedless watermelon. It was ALL I could eat. This was a bit much as the lower end was a rumblin’ and active until Oil time. At 1800 I drank my epsom salts with ”EmergenC” added.
