Left shoulder, yes, I had that for a long time and never related it to the kidneys. It was always a giant knot in the shoulderblade. Now anytime I get it there I know I am suffering toxic overload and give the kidneys some help - the are teas (banaba), barefoot herbalist has a tonic, salt flushes, etc. Sometimes if you are doing a detox program it is good to lay off for awhile until the kidneys are clear, give it a few days and try to flush them while you rest. As far as wrinkles and skin issues go I have had better success with a 10mw 635nm laser I built for hair and skin rejuvenation. As long as the beam isn’t too powerful you should get results on hair and skin. If the laser is too powerful you get this sunburn type of look if you overdo it. Perhaps that is what the asthetician meant. It doesn’t take much more than 5-10mw for biostimulation. Some of these skin clinics use 1000mw+ lasers for skin issues, way too powerful! I like 635nm a bit better than 650-670nm as it seems to reach/stimulate more chromofores in the skin. I had a 650nm laser and noticed a difference.
