If you try the enemas, keep them to a one cup retention enema. I would even say to lie on your right side so it is guaranteed that it stays strictly in the rectum. It will go from the rectum to the liver. If it trips your heart rate, then you know it is a liver response and you need to work on your liver. You may want to go ahead and do several liver flushes before trying the coffee enema. Check out the Liver Flush Support forum for more detailed information on how to do. [End]

Hello, ... ... ... ... I can’t say I have studied or looked into healing nerve damage to any degree. Hi goatspit, Are you doing just a coffee enema with no prep? Small coffee retention enemas should not be used for cleansing the bowels. If you use these enemas for cleansing your bowels then you will definitely get a retention problem. With your “sluggish” colon you first need to cleanse your entire large intestines with several soapsuds enemas then take you coffee enemas, preferably 2 of them back to back. Please read my reply to “goatspit” few replies before this. Also my blog may be of help to you. Hope this helps you. Propaul [End]

The best juicer is the one that you have and will use will use ill use . The centrifugals don’t totally destroy the enzymes. They are just less efficient at extracting the juice from veggies and and don’t do well with leafy greens. They will not do wheat grass or do well with soft fruits either. Because of the high speed it introduces oxygen so juices will start oxydating sooner and faster thus ideally should be drunk right after making or maybe a few hours at most if refrigerated and saved in a container with little to no air. They are leagues better than not juicing at all. Look into bu ...

Is there a good Kinesiologist near you who does muscle testing? Some chiropractors do it. I had a problem with candida and parasites and went to my chiropractor. They caused headaches, body aches, foggy brain, dizziness, and depression. He put me on Worm Squirm and SF722 and I had to completely cut out sugar, fruit, and juice. It took about 6 weeks of really following the protocol, but I was able to get rid of both. The parasites came back 3 times before I finally got rid of them. We found out I was getting the parasites from our dog and put him on Black Walnut while I took the Worm ...

Thanks to everyone for all the good input. Lots of good juicers and lots of good and helpful advice. I use the Omega 8000 and love it. Easy assembly/cleanup - high quality juice (masticating juicer) and built like a tank. And all that for around $200. If you think the VERT is a bit pricey, try to Omega 8000 series (free shipping from Amazon). ... ... Champions are great but can be time consuming. As fast as the Omegas are to cleanup/assemble I can juice several times a day without it being a chore. [End]

Uny has the Omega 8005 or 8006 can’t keep them straight lol. Champion juicers are the best in my opinion. They run around $300 new. You can buy a used one on ebay for about $100.00 ... They last for years. Even the ones made in the 70s are still running strong. They are very easy to clean. They are quite heavy though. [End]

I know this has been asked before, but I going to be lazy and act the newbie and ask for you guys and gals help on telling me what the best juicer I can buy is without breaking my limited piggy bank. It would be nice to find out what is best for under $200 (not sure there is a good one under $100) and perhaps what is best for under $300 and $400. Those last two are stretches for my budget, but if that’s what it takes I will go for it. ... ... And if there are links to where this has been covered before, that is great too. ... ... Thanks in advance! ... ... DQ ... [End]
