    So for about 5 years i had a deep cavity ... chips broke off and it was black on the inside ... not really touching root yet ...   i procrastinated ... ... but about a month a month ago i experienced the ZING PAIN for 1 minute, went away, zing pain , went away.. ... after that night the tooth never really hurt ... ... If the first one eliminates a great deal of waste matter, take a second and see if the elimination continues at the same rate or if the return is more clear.     ... ... I’ve read a lot about other people having nosebleeds from oil pulling. I personally, have noticed an increase in phlegm production(nasal & from the lungs). I’ve been pondering this and I have a THEORY...I believe that with our swishing/pulling action we are stimulating those areas of excretion, leading to increased cleansing. Now, if you have dry/raw areas in your sinus cavities I can certainly see that pulling might cause a nosebleed. This is just a theory, folks.
