Sorry ive been away for a while. Right all 3 issues immune system, digestive system, sinus and white tongue are all connected. Hi Anna, ... ... I understand you are frustrated as your not finding a cure. I dont think you understand the healing process it wont happen in a week. You have blocked sinuses and i suspect post nasal drip, you have also mentioned that you have constipation. Without clearing up these 2 things your breath is not going to get any better. ... ... Hi, ... ... Where abouts do you live, im in the UK. I typed in colostrum powder in ebay and it came up with no results but it listed a few international sellers. There is one seller from new zealand selling 450g tubs and it cost £25 including shipping. The IGg% is 20% which is ok the stuff im using at the moment is 30% by Reflex. The IGg% is the percentage of imuniglobins which i believe are what do the healing but im not sure. Colostrum contains many other things that are benificial to your health also. ... Hi Anna, ... ... Sorry for late reply ive been away for a while. My Sinuses are totally clear now, i have no post nasal drip. I irrigate with my head standing up like normal. My machine produces a slight pressurised flow of water so im not sure if this helps to clear the sinuses. I still irrigate with 5 drops and sea salt in the mornings. ... The only thing i got the first few times was a slight burning sensation which stopped after 15 mins or so. after the 4th or 5th irrigation i stopped getting the burning. Actually i do remember the first time was a little painfull. ... I was using 15 drops in 700ml of water, im not sure how much your bottle takes, also my irrigation machine produces a steady flow of water and i dnt have water just sitting there. ... Hi anna, ... ... I have not heard of cirus seed extract before but my GSE is called citradel so its probably the same. It should be a clear liquid, thicker than water but not as thick as honey. When you add 12 drops to a glass of water it should taste quite strong. Remember to mix well as it sticks to the bottom of the glass. ... The price you paid is quite expensive as i paid around the same amount for 100ml. If it works though it will be well worth the money. ... Hi, ... ... ive nearly overcome a similar problem. You need a netti pot or a sinus irrigation machine (which i use). Fill with water and add fine sea salt (about 5 grams). I dont get white balls coming from the throat, ive read about this and it seems to be mucus and other stuff that builds up in pockets around the tonsils. ... Hi there, ... ... Im due to do my first ever liver cleanse middle/end this month as i am still taking paratrex for my parasite cleanse. The parasite cleanse takes about 6 weeks and you need 2 tubs. 2 months ago i did a bowel cleanse with oxypowder so i did not do it again. i recomend you do this alongside your parasite cleanse if you have not done one recently. Hi just an update. ... ... Alcohol used to make my breath extreamly bad. It was new years eve when i posted the message above. I went out that night and drank a fair amount of alcohol and ate chips kebab etc. My breath during my night out was not an issue. On top of that i came home at 4am and was too tired to brush/scrape etc. I woke up the next day with minimum white tongue and my mouth did not feel like a toilet.
