I was wondering if anyone could spread the light on the relationship between sodium, potassium, and adrenal fatigue. I feel like i am constantly dehydrated, urinate frequently, and am always thirsty. One thing i want to add is that i dont do well with whole grains which is why i started eating the simple carbs (white rice, potatoes, corn). ... ... I have a few questions for those of you who are familiar with Hv’s advice on using bitters and TMG to help with digestion. ... ...
