Increase your intake of pure water by drinking 4-8 oz of water each waking hour. Why don’t you take a little more epsom salt, to see if it will relax the bile ducts? Are you eating fats that would cause bile to be produced? Eat a handful of nuts or a couple Tbs of nut butter. To digest those, the body needs bile.   [End]

Are you getting enough essential fatty acids in your diet? Light colored stool implies a SHORTAGE of bile, not an excess. Bile is only produced when one eats fats. We need fats to absorb the fat soluble nutrients -- A, D, E, K, etc. Try adding raw almonds, or walnuts to your meals. Sprinkle chopped nuts on your breakfast yogurt or musli. The best thorax stretching comes from breathing excercises and yoga. The liver regenerates if you eat a nourishing diet, high in fiber with small amounts of good fats every day. Don’t know about the Gall Bladder. If you can flush the gravel/stones from the GB, I suspect that it should recover as well. It is only if the GB is congested for so long that it becomes inflamed/infected that you may have a more lasting problem.   [End]
