I *strongly* suggest you take either fist-fulls of Bings when in season, or black cherry yogurt, or approx. a tsp. black cherry concentrate in water every day on an empty stomach, or with a drop of yogurt (but not with starches!)     Unfortunately, most of the bad symptoms have returned. I have the gas-like feeling, although it’s not real gas because belching or the other thing doesn’t help. I also notice that my abdomen is distended. I do not have abdominal pain. The worst remains the peach pit in my throat. I find myself swallowing constantly.
