Hi Nicole, ... I’ve been reading this book that a friend suggested called ’The No Cry Sleep Solution’ It has some really good tips for your friend. The past week our little guy has really gotten out of sorts with his sleep routine, I think it has more to do with a tummy bug right now, but on a regular basis, usually for his nitetime sleep, I nurse him to sleep, put him down but 5 -10 minutes later he wakes and he is ’AWAKE’ and no amount of nursing will get him back to sleep - believe me I’ve tried. His daytime sleeps are just as eratic, so he’s been getting very overtired which just perp ...

Have you ever thought to try an ASL (American Sign language) class for babies? There was a mom at my midwifes office who had done so, and I found it facinating to see how she and her son communicated so easily. Depending on how fast your baby is growing his frequency of cluster feeding days could be more or less frequent than you’ve been told. My midwife said that it he will usually do the ’cluster days routine’ every time he has gained another pound. So if your baby gains a pound a month then you’ll probably experience these cluster days on a monthly basis. My little guy is gaining a pound every 2 weeks or so, and therefore I get the cluster days more frequently. ... ... Sherri [End]

My girlfriend just showed me the nails on her left hand. She has these really wierd lines that go horizontal(ish) but curve the opposite way than her moons. She has about 3 lines on each nail of her left hand only. They are not ridges or dips, but almost look and feel like razor cuts - as if they have separated and raised. I’m really concerned. She didn’t seem to be, but I am. She eats really well, with hardly any red meat, lots of fruits and veggies, and fish. Should I be as concerned as I am? [End]

Ok I started breaking my first 10 day MC on Saturday. Following instructions, Day 2 following instructions made broth, etc etc. Only problem is I am feeling REALLY WEAK. From what I have read, as your body starts working on the toxic spots within, those spots will start to exhibit the symptoms of toxicity. It sounds like your body may be cleaning your lymphatic system and your lymph nodes are exhibiting. if you’ve had trouble with your lymph nodes recently they may just be extremely toxic and therefore the detox is starting to do what it needs to to rid you of the problem. If you can I would hold on for a few days and see what happens. [End]

I have a jug that holds 64 oz and I mix 60oz (7 & 1/2 CUPS) water 10 Tbsp both lemon and Maple syrup, and 5/8 tsp cyanne. This makes about a little more than 8 Cups of liquid. I go through 1 and 1/2 of these a day. the one I make in the morning lasts me the 8 hours at work, then I make another batch when I come home in the evening. [End]
