I have long term insomnia issues. I had tried a protocol as stated here by Dr. Andrew Saul. It had worked for me to an extent/but I’d never got up to the recommended dose of niacin he recommends in this video. I’d take 500 milligrams of Niacin & 2 grams of Vit C after breakfast, lunch and dinner as suggested. ... ... I had wanted to post more in response to each post but every time I begin to do so it seems I’m exhausted (some detox/some not I guess) ... ... Anyway I have done or am doing a lot of what has been suggested. I have made a great deal of progress for sure...but there is a line in the sand that I’ve been trying to cross that I just haven’t been able to cross yet..but there are times that I feel that I’ve crossed it only to fall back under the line. I haven’t taken a hair analysis or anything but my doctor had mentioned it could be heavy metals. Might keep up the coffee enema’s and green drinks and add more spirulina. ... ... Hi again lolite, ... ... I didn’t notice the part about pureeing food etc until re-reading your post. Yes, I’m worried about her being dehydrated also...and that is why I keep coming back to her to coax her to drink. I’m trying to do protein smoothies ... where I add only about a scoop of protein powder, but then add probiotics, and her liquid vitamin (it tastes good)... this we call her ”chocolate milk” in order to get her to drink. ... ... Other times I’ll do water alone with her vitamin and tell her I got her some coolaid ... or juice to mix up the terms a bit and possibly entice her to drink... ...

Thanks lolita, ... ... Since I was already ordering from Vitacost (The D-Mannose that just thinking mentioned) I searched for sliver and found American Biotech Labs Silver Biotics from Vitacost. The reviews on that also were great... Hopefully it will work as well as the one you mentioned...but if not...I’ve got the one you mentioned saved for the future reference. ... ... This is great info just thinking! Thanks so much. I just ordered cleartrack’s D-mannose from Vitacost ... the reviews there on this product were awesome. ... ... I’d read about sski for urinary track infections some time back but forgot about it...but like you I think this may not be the best answer for mom due to the fact that it might pull heavy metals out of her to fast and set her back. ... ... I also ordered American Biotech Labs Silver Biotics from Vitacost as well since I was already ordering from there. The reviews on that also were great... Hopefully it will work as well as the one Lolita ...

I’m having a hard time getting mom to drink water. She wants to chew on the cup/glass/whatever and not drink as much as she did in the past. Straw not helping either. I have to keep coaxing her and coaxing her. She is also now chewing on everything and I’ve noticed she also seems to want to roll her tongue around in a chewing type motion. Still eating very well though. ... ... I recall learning from her doctor that alzheimer’s patients get worse when a urinary or other infection is present so I’d like to give her an antibiotic but would prefer it be something other than prescription if possibl ...

My mom will be 88 Dec 26th (she has Alzheimer’s unfortunately) and my brother’s mother in-law is 90 something. Can’t say that I know anyone else. [End]
