than i did yesterday! I’ve also lost 5lbs, which I’m thrilled about. I must admit, I did eat a little something last night, but i’m feeling so much better that I don’t care. I feel more energetic than yesterday, I’m having regular BM’s, and the ”butt pee” (nice) people describe. I must say though, I’m mostly happy about that extra weight lost! [End]

Well guys, there was alot of good arguments regarding my way of doing the SWF, and just to confirm, I am using very fine uniodized sea salt. I take abit on my tongue from the teaspoon gradually, and wash each bit down with 2 pints of water. It sounds crazy, but its the only way I can do it, if I convince myself that the salt is off a greasy mcdonalds chip haha! ... BUT, my results are this, I have done the SWF this way twice, and have had successful eliminations up to an hour afterwards! [End]

now, im a self confessed salt addict, i dont so much sprinkle as much as POUR salt all over my food, yet i just could not get the SWF down. It was ghastly, a really unpleasant experience. But strangely, I can eat salt by itself. I dont sit pouring the salt shaker into my mouth or anything, but salt alone is tolerable to me. So, what I am planning on doing tomorrow morning is taking a few bits of salt on my tongue, and flushing each bit down with water. It sounds really odd, i know, but considering im taking it with water still, will it still work the same? [End]

im abit of a novice when it comes to this cleanse, but I have read that you dont always flush out lots of BM’s in your first few days. ... I know how you feel, today was my first day and i actually snapped and had some pizza, so i guess my next day one is tomorrow! I have had to alter my lemonade some to make it tolerable (that and im allergic to cayenne) so I’m starting all over. When I had no BM’s today (before i caved) I panicked and convinced myself it wasnt working. hope that helped :) [End]

Ok I know that I will probably be told no, and that I should just suck it up and do the diet, but I am actually allergic to pepper. I asked my doctor what she thought, and she told me to go ahead and do the cleanse if i could leave out the pepper, is this possible, and would it still work? thanks to anyone who can help. [End]

Tonight was my first drinking the laxative tea ahead of starting the master cleanse tomorrow...and the laxative tea was AWFUL! I haven’t yet tried the SWF, but Im willing to bet that I could handle that over the lax tea! Is it possible to just do the swf in the morning and evening instead of the lax tea in the evening? [End]
