I heard a small pop.. Then ringing started.. It was odd. The thing that doctors get confused about is that it isnt constant. Yesterday i had a reaction where my candida flared up again, but for the life of me i can’t figure out what triggered it! ... ... As i haven’t eaten anything forbidden apart from a bit of bread the other day (and i never have gotten this reaction from eating bread before, usually only when i eat sugar) i’m sceptical to believe it was the food. The only other things i’ve taken are bentonite, psyllium, acidophilus and a calcium/magnesium tablet. I thought it might be them clashing or something but i’m not really sure.
