,well im 18 now and this has been going on since i was 13.it used to b that i worried about my weight bcuz i comfort ate. i did eat alot of sugar, but thats changed. i can b mood swingy if i dont do a certain amount of things at a certain time. my uncle has a mild addiction to alcohol if tyat helps. also i find if i make myself a little more hungary i feel relaxed and satified, even thou im trying to balance it out. i ussually eat alot of bread and potoes as well as dairy products fruit and veg etc. it dosent sound chessy at all lol, i feel cheesy and as if im overeacting a bit. but i hav ...

whats always worked 4 me is going with your gut instink, u have to feel like your losing weight. keep active and make sure u dont feel slugish or nething, some ppl can do a tough work out in the morning and feel slugish at night. try to keep a balance, something as crap as regular cleaning will make a big difference, keep walking its very gd but the only thing is it has slow results. ... ... eat what you feel like eatng. dont get a sugar craving mixed up with thirst, its done all the time, ppl who actually learn how to detect this dont eat as much fast sugar. ... ... it really depends on you as a pe ...

i was meditating and this lara croft figure came out oft the middle of the four elements, brought me to the north gate where there was a big white modern castle, and a mummy lying there with a rose which she took and give to me. ... ... odd ... ... ... neways i just wanna know what the red rose means, i got all these things like its masculine and whatever. but id just like to know if it meant something about the very short relationship i had with the being in the meditation, i kinda felt connected to her. well i think everyone has a good point. but in any situation you have to know about having a relationship with the person yourself, i dont even think are parents know what its like for us. not even my best friend really understands , she would tend to lecture me on it. ... ... i no that i should leave when it gets tough everyone but its just so hard to give one of your best friends up because they have a problem that mite affect you , but all your posts have made me alot less confused. thats the first step neway. Thanks husky, its like reading a post from my bf. I don’t want to leave him rite away at all, I don’t even want to leave him. Because he’s just so like me and I have such a good time with him ........okay more so to the point. ... ... He’s told me all this. And your rite splitting up with him rite away would hurt us both, and then id no I hurt him and feel even more hurt. Just my 2 cents. We often assoicate beards with hermits or those living outside the norm, sadhu etc. Shaving is usually an act of renunciation. Giving something up in order to transform. You were unwilling to give up your beard. ... ... BTW...this came to mind also, so I’ll share it. But I want to help him because he’s explained it all to me and had the honesty to talk about it with me. He’s also told me he hates himself for it and he really wants to stop because he knows its hurting me. Sorry about the change of thought, it just occurred that it is of much importance when a jealous partner tells you exactly how they feel. I agree with the last bit, some of my student friends live on chicken etc; they just don’t like bread or anything. They hardly ever eat it. I on the other hand tried this diet out, oh my god, everyday was a hangover for me. I lost a lot of weight but no way was it worth it. How my friends don’t get as constipated as I did ill never know.lol [End]

I think the way people talk about relationships doesn’t do them any good. I feel a bit more ‘separated’ from my boyfriend because everyone has such extreme views on men and women. It feels like more of a relationship with another species then a friendship. I don’t really understand it, if you have to have a sexual relationship with a man you have to do this that and the other and if it doesn’t work out then you should stop.
