I am taking Quatrefolic (Vitacost brand) (2) 800 mg. It takes awhile for the body to adjust so don’t get discouraged. I have heard good things about Metafolin and Quatrefolic. Some other great brands are Whole Health Centers Folate Support, Methyl Life, and Seeking Health. I had the hardest time keeping weight on my whole life and now that I am taking this Folic Acid, the weight is staying and I feel much better. I am doing other things too but this helped me VERY MUCH! Good luck! [End]

I agree 100% that fresh garlic, pineapple, papaya (and seeds), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and cayenne work SO WELL! I am having great results using these same herbs and spices!! Especially Cayenne...I drink 1 cup of hot water, half of a lemon, 1 teaspoon of cayenne, and sea salt a day. I am also on the Nutritional Balancing Program which is very effective. [End]

Either H. pylori or the SIBO came back. I really don’t have the symptoms of H. Pylori though. I am not sure if I had an ulcer or leaky gut. I am going to try the Huang Lien Shang Ching Pien again since it is an antibiotic and see if it rids the intestinal gas/bacteria. I will report back. [End]

I have the feeling only when I feel like old fecal matter is detaching from my stomach lining. I think that is what is happening. (Iknow...GROSS!) The next day my poop looked black so this confirms to me it was old and possibly bloody. I started drinking cabbage juice, taking Renew Life Intestinew, and taking slippery elm powder. This is what I have been doing and it has been a long couple of years but I have been eliminating parasites much easier since doing this. First, I went gluten free. Humaworm was the easiest on my system because when I would take other things I would get awful spasms and sometimes feel like I was going to pass out. You need a Hair Mineral Analysis and I offer them. You can private message me if you would like. From everything you have said, I believe you have intestinal dysbiosis which is causing your adrenals to fail and causes all kinds of symptoms. I read this somewhere and it makes sense. Intestinal dysbiosis causes anxiety and depression. The anxiety stresses the adrenals which will eventually fatigue. Clear up the infection in the gut and rebuild the adrenals. [End]

I’m still eating 2-3 cloves of garlic a day and it is helping me. I believe this is helping me get rid of stomach dysbiosis and whatever else is going on in my body. I am having trouble sleeping though. I am interested in the idea that candida is worse from eating high fat. I will research this. As far as garlic goes, I think people should at least try it. [End]

Yes, garlic is antiviral and antibiotic so you must have something in your body that the garlic is killing. This is good actually so get it out if you have the patience to do so. I am starting to believe that depression and anxiety are caused by viruses so I am going to try to use garlic, lysine and olive leaf in my regimen and see if my mood lifts after I go through die off. All of these ideas are very true. Also, what helped me with anxiety is Ornithine. It helps get ammonia out of the body which you probably have. I would also suggest a Hypothalamus glandular from Standard Process and Tyrosine for your thyroid and depression. Good luck! [End]

I know I have liver flukes but I have seen other things that I am not sure what they are. One looked like it had legs. Ugh! The good thing about this medicine is it works fast. I LOVE HUMAWORM too but it takes ahile for it to eliminate the bugs or atleast it did for me. In all fairness, my system is eliminating better because I have been gluten free for a over a year now. I highly recommend people to try it and it only costs 6 bucks and shipping. I have spent much more money on other anti parasitic protocols. [End]
