Thanks very much for the kind encouragement. It’s easing now after 12 hours of misery. At one point I decided to try drinking a big glass of water to see if it would help and my stomach sent it all back up after just minutes. Pretty interesting vomiting plain water. I came very close to opening a can of Coke, which is, I’m ashamed to say, my standard nausea treatment. It’s definitely easing and I feel calm and determined now. The Coke remains unopened! The water tastes great! If day 4 is no worse than this, I’m going to make it. Aiming for 10 days at least. I’ll check out the EF ...

GO fasting.now! You are right. I’m trying to think the same way. More than half of this is about what happens in our minds and spirits. Only why do you say life won’t be fun from now on? From what I’ve read, when we break this fast, if we do it long enough, food will be really really fun again. We’ll swoon over apples and crave celery! On day three I can already feel my sense of smell changing. My husband cooked some toast and I couldn’t believe how great it smelled! I thought it was some kind of cake! But instead of thinking ”I NEED some of that NOW.” I thought ”Wow, isn’t toas ...

How are you doing fasting.now? Are you still working your way to water? ... ... I think I’ll try going to all water tomorrow. Today has been one carrot and some prune juice and I feel a little light-headed but mostly feel great to be doing this. [End]

Thanks, I’m hoping it goes well. I’m still on the cleaning stage. One carrot and some glasses of prune juice today. I feel great. A little light-headed but still able to hula hoop!
