    I experimented with the Moreless drink a bit. It gave me a lot of energy, I recall drinking it after liver flushes which can be quite draining. Now I know that the ”energy” was due to the kelp.     Grizz I don’t care if you post the salve recipe all over the web, salve-making is easy. (That’s not my current recipe anyway). But the cream recipe is really not good, it’s not a stable emulsion(amongst other problems). Would you please just let it die a slow death in CZ’s archives ? For instance, I removed a suspicious-loooking mole years ago by painting 5% lugol’s on it. That process involved repeated painting. The mole absorbed the iodine, it dried up, raised up and fell off. Found a blog post somewhere that recommended just adding gelatin to coffee... Stir the gelatin into cold water, then add coffee.     I just got off the phone with him a few minutes ago. He sounds exactly as I had imagined him to sound, ya know what I mean? :) ... ... For those of you not familiar with his story, Michael was in a mountain biking accident almost a year ago in which he was rendered quadraplegic. He does have shoulder movement now, also biceps but not triceps. or vice versa. Good news that that stuff is coming back!     Grizz, when I used straight lugol’s to remove a suspicious mole I also painted an area of healthy skin and a healthy mole. The lugol’s removed the suspicious mole(over a period of about 8 days) and had absolutely no effect whatsoever on the healthy areas(except transdermal iodine dosing :)). This was on my arm, btw. ... ... OK! That is not to be construed as an across-the-board reco that one use straight lugol’s on the skin. We had quite a bit of experimentation with painting here in the early days and I recall one user reporting that her facial skin peeled.     Are you taking care of your kidneys? Are you staying properly hydrated? Dehydration alone will cause the skin to wrinkle prematurely. But what I like about the article is that it does place the blame squarely on society, current medical standards, etc. So often I’ll hear disparaging comments, esp towards the obese, when the fact is that they are victims of a food industry that formulates foodstuffs to keep them eating... and they are victims of malnutrition.     Thank you for adding me Lynn:) Facebook has been a mixed blessing for me. I use it to stay in touch with family, have found some long-lost friends with it(I’ve moved a lot) and have gotten to know some fellow curezoners better. No doubt that if you stay logged in on FB it tracks everything you do... that, I resent. Oh, well. Now the PTB know that I like to crochet poodle toilet-paper roll covers. I believe that iodate was still being used as a dough conditioner in those days.
