I’m using Un-petroleum jelly instead of Aquaphor now. While using Aquaphor, top and bottom lip would stick together a lot, causing the build up to come off, and the build up would ”clump together” to pieces during the night and a lot of it would come off that way. Un-petroleum jelly is not as sticky, a little more oily (because of all of the oil in it :-)). I think the build up will stay on longer that way (not sure if that’s a good thing though). And it feels better on my lips, I think. [End]

Personally, I do think it is safe to include foods like this. It varies from person to person, but generally most people need at least a certain amount of carbohydrates for the body to function properly (and if you want to get rid of candida, your body needs to function very well). [End]

Can’t argue with the main premise of the article, I certainly agree that depressed immunity is really THE cause of all candida overgrowth problems. The triggers stated in the article are certainly true but I actually feel that there are more specific causes of depressed immunity, namely the health and balance of the central nervous system and the endocrine system.
