If you look under Dr.Kelley’s flush he says if you are worried about throwing up put a glass of water with Alka Seltzer GOLD (no aspirin) next to your bed, I did that in the beginning and I used it only the first time, after that I did not need it. I always thought a gallbladder was 5cm so it looks more like 8cm. The big stone looks like the size I have so there is still room left. I once asked my doctor if the stone got too big if the gallbladder could explode :) but ... he had no idea. ... I used to take magnesium malate for night leg cramps but in the last 6 months I have switched to 2-3 pinches a day ... of epsom salts and that is working well so far for the leg cramps and my gallbladder.
