Those enzymes will be fine. The function of pancreatic enzymes takes place in the small intestine and people for decades have found benefit in their use, and continue to do so. Given that the largest number of bacteria are normally found in the large intestine, you potentially are going to come up short on the total number. I’m assuming that the entire colon (ascending, transverse, and descending large intestine) has been removed? It would seem that probiotics would be your best friend. Having had antibiotics, systemic fungal candida still needs to be addressed. The use of PPIs indicates some of the imbalance created by antibiotics, and HCL may be a good idea. GABA can either inhibit nerve cells that inhibit function or stimulate function. If it inhibits and inhibitor cell, you end up with stimulation (anxiety/wired), as you knock out the inhibiting effect of the nerve cell.
