    One thing I want to add, is one thing I have learned through all my trials. The GUT is home central and affects all other systems. Make sure you are taking the best Probiotic you can afford. Also, take good enzymes before you eat. You need to somehow balance HEALTH BUILDING and PARASITE KILLING. It requires some fancy footwork.     Also i am pretty sure admins will hate me because I keep updating but I am really frazzled and I want to make sure everything is posted. * The mark on my upper arm that I noted went away, it pretty much did. But i just took off my shirt and looked. and it is still there, it is just not big and painful like it used to be and the two on my chest, these two on my arm are now almost all the way flattened but still i can feel it when i run my finger over it and it still is red and they are there.   [End]

    Well, it’s good news that there is no infection. For the inflammation and pain, arnica!! Traumeel has gotten good reviews. I haven’t used it, but I have used Arnica Rub by NatraBio. We use it for sore muscles, bruises and it does work wonders. My mom trouble breathing without pain from a bruised rib cage and I gave her some of that to put on and with in 30 minutes, she reported that the pain had eased and she could breathe deeper without pain.     If you’re doing it everyday and that makes you feel uncomfortable, you are probably addicted to it. (Not in the regular sense of the word, but in an emotional way). The best way to stop is to find something enjoyable to do during the time which you usually masturbate. For example, when you want to do it, go out with a friend instead (lol, I realize this isn’t always possible). Or exercise, watch a movie, read a book. Get into the habit of doing something else.     If it was me I’d follow the Beck protocol to the T. I’d couple that with hot/cold flushing, skin brushing, lymph massage (rebounding if you can), and see a homeopath (good one). You could also soak in epsom salt baths as well and utilize castor oil packs on the region. Good quality enzymyes (systemic) would also be of use here. ... ...     I began getting severe left testicular pain recently. The pain seems to radiate through my kidneys, abdomin and left groin. I went to a eurologist and the doc recommends a surgery for testicular torsion. The testicular pain I believe is from a groin injury from over exertion of excercise about a year ago. He also gave me a presciption for Cipro and vioxx. These are potent antibiotics. I may have a bladder and or kidney infection, but the doc doesn’t know!
