I am 51 yo females living a nightmare going on 9 years now.

I think it began with undiagnosed Adrenal Fatigue, (concurrant with Dr. Wilson's test) (or maybe I have had the viral infections or lyme for years. )then went into severe chronic insomnia, female hormones, hyper thyroid, RAI to destroy the thyroid, benzodiazepine addiction, benzo taper that almost killed me, took 2 years and I'm sicker than ever now.

Now severe Adrenal Fatigue and don't know what to do next. Severe depression. Currently take nothing for that, but so bad wonder if I shouldn't to help me get through this.

Started Dr. Wilson's "severe" AF protocol. (am just using other products, not his)

9/14/08 Update: diagnosed with viral and fungal infection now. had stool and blood done, also lyme? I"ve yet to be convinced of that, too much other stuff to rule out first. I am trying to treat the Candida now with anti-fungals and diet. I didn't know all this was going on inside of me, my head is spinning.

Also started taking 1500mg of L-Trytophan and it helped greatly with my depression. I did start Risperadal for insomina, in a tiny dose (which kills me, do not want brain drugs for this) but have to do something, going on 10 years no sleep, can't do anymore, need sleep for recovery.

Any help and encouragement is greatly appreciated.

I curently take:

Levothyroxine 100 mcg
Cytomel 5 mcg.

Supplements and herbs for severe adrenal fatigue.
I am taking my Fatigued To Fantastic Powder vits.
Using anti-fungals
Just finished Cipro for viral infection and fungal infection.
trying to remove all traces of sugar for candida.
Candida is kicking my butt and also burning it, major sore. skin itching, and can't tell if I have die off or not, have been very ill for years now. No sleep doesn't help the sick feelings.
