More of the same positive feelings. More alert in the last few days, actually wanting to get some extra house and yard work done. Still losing weight like clockwork. Bored with the same juice routine. Excited that I'm half way through my fast!

Hello,
Thanks for creating these posts. I have not read them all yet, but thought I would comment now and read while the kids are a sleep.
I started my cleanse 28 program on 2/7/09 and so far all has been going well. I am on the journey with a co-worker as well. Today I had my first experience with the jewels of the program, very interesting. I have lost 15 lbs. and found a new love for curry vegetables! Quinoa is great with the curry.
My first issue with the program came up today as I was too busy at work to get my 9:30 "shake" in.
I look forward to going back and reading your posts.
