    So today I went shopping with my mum happily over Weight and ingorant to what people see.
    We walked into all my fav stores topshop, hnm,river island new look.... But when I was in there all I could see was smaller sizes but it didn't bother me then so I just carried on.
    So when we had finished I managed to convince my mum to buy a scale a PROPER scale I thought to myself since my clothes where getting bigger I must be losing weight.

    When I got home I ran upstairs withe the scale and I weight myself.....OH..... MY.... GOD ..... My jaw dropped I was in so much shock I nearly fainted when I looked at the number I thought this is a lie!

    My mum being the nosey person that she is she asked what was wrong and I could not tell her its was just too much for me to handle. I mean.... I knew I was big but I didn't know I was that big . Everyone is always telling your fine just the way you are. THE HELL AM NOT am way to big for my height and people need to stop sugar coating things so now am really pissed about it I mean am 5"2 weighing 204.4 pounds -_- if that's not depressing I don't know what is.

    So I decided am gonna change and guess what happens mum and dad decided to get Kfc for dinner -______- so am mentally starting to prepare myself to lose all that weight now ( because am gonna eat a lot on christmas day) and then start my diet on the 1st of January 2013 and my goal is lose 60 pounds by may 2013 I know that's a lot of weight but I don't care shits got to change and from now till then ill be writing on here to document my changes and also asking for advice

      Hey! Good for you to decide to make a change. You should let your parents know. This way they can help and they'll be aware you want to make more healthy choices with food. Do you eat breakfast? Its really important to get your three meals and like two snacks. This girl's blog is great, she has so many healthy recipes and she also made a big change in her life and lost a lot of weight by making healthy choices and exercising of course. Even a 20 minute walk around the block counts.
