Blog: Blessed Herbs Cleanse
I am doing my liver flush tonight. Like I said before, I have already completed 5 flushes with much success. I am excited because this is the first one I've done since the Blessed Herbs colon cleanse. I have started the flush already, drinking 1 dose of epsom salts with apple juice. I will drink another dose 2 hours from now and then 2 hours later the grapefruit/oo/coke.
I will post results tomorrow...:)

It has been a couple weeks now since doing the Blessed Herbs cleanse and my acne had improved. The redness is faded. I still have some localized bumps though and I will continue to do liver flushing to clear these. I am considering the Toxinout program next. I am slightly dissapointed but to be honest after years of bad eating and not taking care of myself I know it will take more than one cleanse to turn it all around!!
I'll keep you updated....
