Blog: My juicing diet jouranl.
Well it is almost 1am and I just finished a online test for school. Today was busy. Wake up at 6ish, work, go to a friends volleyball game, then homework/test.
I juiced all day and ate one banana, carrots w/ 1/4 cup mashed avacado w/tomatoe's and a handful of nuts again. And a few tbsp of ground flaxseed.
I felt pretty weak and out of it today. Wondering why I am feeling that way. I figured if I'm eating nuts for protien, avacado for a good fat, and ground flaxseed for fiber, i should be good right?
Well hopefully tomorrow I will feel more alert.
Time for bed!

For some reason Day 4 was one of my hardest days so be thankful it's over. Some days you'll feel good and sometimes you won't. No rain, no rainbows, right? :)
You're doing great and I just stopped by to give you an Atta Girl! You deserve it.

Thank you so much!! I am trying to just go one day at a time. Looking forward to the weekend, when I don't have to constantly be doing stuff. It will be nice to relax a little.

I think when doing the juicing sleep must be more important. I feel like I could sleep for a really long time. I'm used to getting by with maybe 6 hours, but now it seems need 8 or more. I wonder why that is.

Some days I would sleep for 11 hours and that wouldn't feel like enough! I was very lucky to be doing my fast in a "down" time in my life. You have extra challenges being so busy. Remember rest is 80% of sleep. So even when you relax for 10 minutes or lay awake at night you are still reaping most of the benefits of sleeping.
