My day 3 is only begginning while yours is ending-( time difference), i must say i'm doing better than i thought i would do-still going strong! you should come visit South Africa some time, it's a really lovely place! dont be afraid though, there is this conception that people from America and other countries outside Africa have, they think we walk around with lions, monkeys, elephants and all that! that is so not true, to see the animals we actually have to go to Game reserves or the Zoo!LOL!!
I have also been feeling like goign to the gym because i usually go for a spinning class for an hour,but since i did some reseach on water fasting before i started, i found out that it was said that it is highly not advisable to do vigourous excercise while water fasting, you will strain your body to a point where you can even collapse! so i would also advise you not to do any strainous excercises!i think you should stick to the light yoga excsises and not do the taebo, and if you do go for the treadmill, you should just walk and not run or sprint.-do some research to be sure.:-)
so you are a nanny for a 2 year old!-feel really sorry for you-they are really terrible @ 2!-my son is also 2, beleve me, i know what you're going through, but i'm sure you are doing a great job!but still good luck! LOL!!:-)
temptaton will definately be out of theway for you now that your mom is going, lucky you! i have decided to sleep earlier now, so i wil be able to miss supper, it's definately working for me, and i wake up feeling nice and refreshed! i also havent been drinking a lot of water, especially @ home, since there is so much to do when i get there from work. i think we should drink lots of water since this is a WATER fast, or we'll end up being dehydrated and getting sick-we dont want that!
