Hello, after I ate I did not experience any negative effects, I just felt full quicker than usual, guessing my stomach had shrunk/tightened up and I was stretching it lol. Other than that, no stomach pains, didn't feel nauseous or anything else. I know eating solid foods that quickly cannot be good for the body. I should have ended the fast appropriately. To answer your other question, I always jump right into a fast, I don't know if that's considered good or bad, but I never do a juice fast or prepare in advance. It's just about 8AM, I will not have breakfast or anything at all other than water today, so Day 1 again :-)
