QI Gong would be great to check out to see if it resonates
with you. Its like doing self accupunture, as one moves energy )Qi around to do the healing. It helped my depression and also cleared many mis problems like stomach problems, fatigue ,motivation, insomnia. My favorite is a DVD by QinWay Qi Gong, it is a medical Qi Gong, which means Master Qin remotely sends Qi while you are learning how to move energy yourself. I have gone to many free Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes, but they were not complete programs. You could probably try googling various QI Gong videos on Y Tube to see what it is like and try alittle to see if you find a teacher that you resonate with. As long as it is an authentic high level teacher, I don't think it matters the style as much as practicing daily and throughout the day to keep the Qi working/healing. If you go this route, keep as clean as a diet as you can (organic, vegan) for best results
