So, how many sizes did you go down? How much weight did you lose? What about sagging skin, do you have any? I'm worried about sagging skin.
That swollen spot could be your lymphnode. I would suggest a chiropractor too, my chiro does wonders! But, they're not all the same, just like regular docs. You have to shop around for a good one.
