Hi! Thank you for your well thought out answer.
Well, I started my prefast and my blog this morning. I am pretty wiped out but I think that is due to anxiety and a food feast over the weekend. (yikes)
Well, when I was about seven months into my career is when all the problems started. I was working out 3-4 times a week and was in very good shape. A year later, different story, still building my practice that has suffered, I massage 2-7 hours a day, M-F. It really varies will balance out as the practice continues to grow and I get well all around.
