I am wishing the best with your fast. I am on day 2 of my fast. I did 5 days of a pre-fast. I know you can do it. I know I can do it.
It is strange what power we let food have over us. We really realize that when we have restricted ourselves. Keep your eye on the goal. So much can come from improved health, too numerous to mention.
Keep up the good work. You can do it.
