I'm right there with you, on Day 8 myself and doing fine. I know what you mean about the waking up wide away- it's crazy! I'm up and out of bed at just after 5 every morning, not tired, not groggy, it's fantastic. I was tired for about 3 hours this afternoon, but that about it. Had a mild headache over the weekend, otherwise everything has been smooth.

Enjoy the blog, nice to know someone else is out there with me. Keep it up!
