since you DO have this blog, why don't you keep track of EVERYTHING? It might help you to see your situation from distance, get an overall picture and learn how you respond to what - what triggers your urge to eat, what, when and how much you eat, emotions, fears, short fasts, etc. I think it could be really beneficial for you to keep treack for several weeks and learn how it works for you. Otherwise you may just see the mountain and not the stones that it's composed of.
Just an idea.
Anyway, the best of luck to you and try to take thinks more easy - that's maybe the more important part of getting better.
