Hey you want a fasting buddy?? You are one brave lady missus!!! I want to get into it again...really need to lose around 1/2 stone- a stone. but really dont think i can do it on my own! need motivation from someone!!! im just spending too much time on my own at the mo and so find it very easy to cave as a) no one to stop me and b) boredom!
Reckon we could spur each other on?? Regular reporting by email?? if ur from england maybe the odd text?
